The Road to Hershey begins Today
posted on August 11th, 2008 by DeanThe Road to PIAA State Championship Gold begins today for many schools across the commonwealth, including our 48 schools in District 11. Can Parkland return to the PIAA State Finals ? How will Lehighton, Nazareth, Salisbury and Tri-Valley perform in the new season with new head coaches ?
Scrimmages begin Aug. 16, and then Opening Night is on Aug. 29. A couple of intriguing games start off Opening weekend - St. Joseph’s Prep at Parkland; North Penn at Bethlehem Liberty; and Marian Catholic at Lehighton. On Saturday, Bethlehem Catholic hosts an out-of-state team from the District of Columbia - Ceasar Chevez Charter. Where will you be Opening weekend ?
